About Dr Bridget Hammond
Bridget’s desire to become an osteo stemmed from her active lifestyle, she grew up playing a vast variety of sports, which lead to her developing a passion for health, the human body and movement.
Bridget is a passionate and motivated individual who works to establish a team environment, working closely with her patients to meet their treatment goals and improve and manage their severity of pain and function. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has a holistic approach to treatment that is tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Her treatment approach consists of a variety of manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation programs as well as the incorporation of cupping and dry needling.
In her spare time Bridget enjoys being outdoors, in particular exploring new trails with her four-legged companion Jed. She loves spending time away with her friends and family, especially on the Murray River in summer, skiing and wakeboarding but also hitting the winter slopes snowboarding. Bridget is not one to sit still and enjoys being as active as she can, whether that be running, working out, or going on coffee walks with friends. With her interest and enjoyment of running, Bridget has also completed her recreational running coach qualification.
