Rebecca has always gone out of her way to help people, and was her family’s resident masseur growing up, so osteopathy was a natural fit. Rebecca has a predominantly structural and direct treatment approach which includes massage and manipulation, and incorporates gentle approaches depending on her patient’s needs. With a passion for ongoing learning, Rebecca is creative and curious, a personality trait that shows in her patient-centred care approach.

Rebecca strives to improve the wellbeing of each patient with a personalised treatment plan for long-term management, using a hands-on approach supported by tailored advice for stretching and rehabilitation, ergonomics and stress management. In her downtime, Rebecca enjoys snuggling up with her cat Rogue to read mysteries and thrillers. She also enjoys baking, but not as much as her Bodywell colleagues enjoy Rebecca’s hobby – the hype has still not died down after she shared her home-made Caramello Koala cheesecake with the team last year.
